What I do?
I have been working in property for 2 years now, with a focus on commercial lettings in London’s South Bank. During my relatively short amount of time in the property market, I have noticed a shift in the type of space occupiers are seeking. Consequentially, I have been advising landlords to provide much more amenable working environments to accommodate my fellow millennials!
What’s my previous?
I studied Real Estate at Nottingham Trent University, graduating in 2017 and am currently working towards my APC. I am a keen sportsman and can be found most weekends on the golf course or watching West Ham (yes, someone has to!).

What do I do?
I am a partner with 20 years’ experience (thus lack of hair) and have helped many businesses search and secure space in the ever-changing commercial office world, acting for start-ups to businesses that are 150 years old. I have also acquired space overseas for clients expanding in to new markets where their business can expand and reap the rewards in different countries.
What’s my previous?
Being a welsh boy, I came up the M4 to the bright lights of London in 1996 working for a very small firm of surveyors in Covent Garden where I was handed my first mobile phone and shared a desktop with my colleague – oh how things have changed!
I then moved to Farebrother (where I am still a partner) in August 1999. Farebrother are a firm of commercial real estate advisors covering mainly central London but also UK & Europe wide.
The way the world has changed moving to more flexible offerings and more and more clients want the freedom and speed to take space anywhere, therefore we created a joint venture called Flexible Office Space.

I'm married with two children and live in Beaconsfield. Passionate about maintaining the correct work/life balance and trying to understand the requirements of both employees and employers in their search for the right working environment. I operates several blogging websites about emerging areas of Central London and enjoy testing the new entertainment venues that are opening all over the capital.
What’s my previous?
I've been involved in the property business since 1991 and got involved in the serviced office and flexible working sector in the early days or ‘Wild West’ as it was known. Then I started to work closely with managed space providers on some of the first government sector managed transactions with TFL and the Met Police. As the industry has evolved, I assisted The Office Group in particular, in their recent acquisition of 84 Eccleston Square, and WeWork on their South Bank deal at Friars Bridge Court.

I have worked in London for the last 5 years, advising all sorts of clients on both the landlord and tenant side. These range from prop co’s to institutional funds and a mining investment start-up to a global electronics company. I can turn my hand to anything and really am the best person to advise you in acquiring your new ‘home from home’ whether it be for one month or three years or longer and prefer corporate or creative space and anything in-between. The market is changing, and I can help you navigate what can appear complex to get you the right space (and more importantly, the right deal) for your business.
What’s my previous?
As a proud Yorkshireman, I display the Yorkshire flag behind my desk. After studying Real Estate at university, I headed South (much to my parents’ dismay) to see if the London streets were in fact paved with gold and fell in love with the history and variety of the architecture and buildings in Central London. I trained as a Chartered Surveyor and became qualified in 2015 working with the oldest independent Central London real estate specialists, Farebrother, where I learned everything I know. I really enjoy that every client is different and the individual stories behind each business which shapes its ethos and culture.
