Dating back to 1768 the DSQ estate was used as a warehouse, storing raw silk, piece goods and textiles. Further parcels of land were acquired and additional warehouses constructed right up until 1820, where it finally became the DSQ that people know today. Now DSQ offers everything from commercial office space, bars & restaurants, a wide range of on-site facilities and an annual events programme. 7 Devonshire Square has recently been reconstructed, with nearly all floors having private terraces and a large communal roof terrace on the top floor. ESG and low carbon in-use is at the heart of the design, and the building has also been certified as having NABERS 5 and WiredScore Platinum.
