Crane Building is located at the eastern end of Lavington Street, close to it’s junction with Southwark Street. The building offers a staffed reception, communal roof garden and communal ground floor courtyard which is accessible to all tenants. The basement offers bike storage, shower and towel facilities, drying room, and a gym. Currently units B & C are two separate offices but are directly next to each other hence can be Let individually or as one larger office. Unit B (1,571 Sq. Ft.) is set up with two meeting rooms, break out, kitchen and up to 26 workstations. Unit C (1,797 Sq. Ft.) can accommodate up to 32 workstations (also with its own meeting rooms, break out and kitchen etc). As well as the array of facilities within the building, next door is the CitizenM Hotel and within the hotel they offer their society meeting rooms – they have x7 meeting rooms which are available to the public and can accommodate from 6-30 persons. Catering options are available for all bookings and booking from minimum slots of four hours.
