The Trampery on the Gantry is an innovative project designed to transform an open space into affordable studios for local creative enterprises. Partnering with Here East and architects Hawkins\Brown, the large steel frame at the rear of the Broadcast Centre from the 2012 Olympics has been creatively repurposed into 21 independent studios, offering a total of 10,000 square feet. We offer impressive double-storey studios, ideal for growing businesses that need extra space in an inspiring, collaborative environment. Each studio is fully insulated, bathed in natural light, and comes with a sink, electric heating, and access to an outdoor area boasting stunning views of Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park and the River Lea. At the centre of the complex, the Gantry Village Hall serves as a communal lounge for members, featuring open-plan desks on the upper level.
