In order to meet the needs of various activities, our workspaces are designed to be versatile. Fresh air filtration and time-adaptive lighting are a part of Paddington Works’ health-conscious features. One of our aims is to provide a comfortable living & working environment for members and guests. Spaces are divided up into clusters to allow small communities to form within Paddington Works. Each cluster has meeting rooms and breakout spaces, organised around a kitchen and social spaces. Compared to typical buildings, our air circulation system includes anti-viral filtration that brings 25 per cent more fresh air into our building. By utilising intelligent LEDs, we can adjust our lighting system’s colour temperature throughout the day.
