Michelin offices unveiled 29th September 2015

London Executive Offices has unveiled its latest five-star serviced office centre in the landmark Michelin House building in London’s South Kensington.

LEO has refurbished two floors in the building, which houses Sir Terence Conran's Bibendum Restaurant & Oyster Bar and the original Conran Shop, to provide up to 26,000 sq ft of high-quality serviced office space. LEO has already let 30% of the space prior to the launch.

The space, which has been designed to an Art Deco theme in keeping with Michelin House’s façade, includes 47 furnished offices, an executive business lounge, overlooking a rooftop terrace and six meeting rooms.

Located in a prominent position between South Kensington and Chelsea, Michelin House at 81 Fulham Road was originally commissioned by the Michelin Tyre Company as its first permanent British headquarters in 1909.

Tim Giles, Chief Executive of LEO, said: “We believe the space we are providing at Michelin House will appeal to those who are looking to be located in a stunning building in an exciting location. We have already let nearly a third of the space, with strong interest which would take us to above 50%.  Many of our Michelin House clients live in the Kensington, Knightsbridge and Chelsea areas and will be able to walk or cycle to work”.

The opening at Michelin House increases LEO’s number of London centres to 31, as demand for prime and flexible office space continues to increase. LEO has experienced a 25% upturn in business growth in the past year.
