1. What are the differences between serviced office space and conventional leases?

Serviced office space gives you more flexibility than a conventional lease. You are provided the ability to move in within a few days of finding the office solution that you are looking for and you will not have to sign a long-term binding lease. For businesses that are unsure of expansion plans or are testing a new market, serviced offices could provide an ideal solution.

2. What are the differences between Licence Agreements and Lease Agreements?

Licence agreements are usually signed when you rent a serviced, semi serviced or managed office space. These can be for as little as a month, 3 months, 6 months or 12 months making this an ideal temporary office space solution. Licence agreements are also very straight forward, often only a one page document, and do not require a solicitor to get involved, Lease agreements are more long winded and are usually signed for a minimum of 3 years. Lease agreements will be very involved and require legal advice and involvement.
